“So Good is my way of trying to get people to see the beauty in every moment, even if it may seem impossible at times. I wrote it with people who are struggling with addiction and substance abuse in mind. To me, joy is an organic feeling, not a fabricated one - as I’m trying to say through the song. Lately, we’re seeing more and more beautiful individuals trapped in this lifestyle and I find myself heartbroken when I think of their stories. So Good is how I wanted to let them know they’re not alone and most definitely, not lost nor unworthy.”, says Catalina.
Produced by the duo Yin Creatif, the formula behind the highly acclaimed project Golan, Catalina’s debut EP carries with it a powerful and authentic sense of authenticity and kindness. Her work received critically acclaimed reviews both locally and internationally including from Elle Romania, Radio Guerrilla, Bandcamp, and Soho Radio. Catalina has been praised for her impressive vocal ability and her skills to use her voice as an instrument.
lyrics
Verse 1
Raise and arise in kindness and beauty
Kindness and beauty’s scent
Roll out endorphins, blow them in cosmos
Don’t hide them in your tent
Pre-Chorus
Now stop relying in drugs and addiction
Don’t fabricate your joy
Life is the greatest hallucination
Don’t lose your gust of air oh
Chorus x2
So good, so good, so good, so good, so good
Bathe your youth in colours right
So good, so good, so good, so good, so good
Leave this world a fine design
Verse 2
Wake up from madness, open your sealed heart
Inhale the art of sound
Break through your eyes’ mesh, tangle emotions
Reshape the world you found
Pre-Chorus
Now stop relying in drugs and addiction
Don’t fabricate your joy
Life is the greatest hallucination
Don’t lose your gust of air oh
Chorus x2
So good, so good, so good, so good, so good
Bathe your youth in colours right
So good, so good, so good, so good, so good
Leave this world a fine design
So good x8
